General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Her-Medical-Aid GmbH for the use of the platform and the services of "hermaid".

§1 Scope of our GTC

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") of Her-Medical-Aid GmbH (hereinafter "hermaid" or "we"), Gleimstraße 56, 10437 Berlin, apply to all business relationships with our customers ("Client", "User") in relation to the offer on the website www.hermaid.me (hereinafter "hermaid Service" or "hermaid Platform"). The managing directors Susanne and Anne Feldt are authorized to represent the company.

We reserve the right to make future adjustments and materially justified changes to our GTC. These changes may be necessary to comply with legal requirements, meet technical and economic requirements, or serve the interests of our users. Such changes are possible at any time and will be announced in a reasonable manner before they take effect. Each user has the opportunity to object in writing to the changed GTC within one month of the announcement. If no objection is made, further use of our products automatically falls under the new GTC. In the case of significant changes, we will ask users to agree to the new GTC again.

          §4 Right of Withdrawal according to §13 BGB and Withdrawal Instructions

          4.1. Right of Withdrawal

          You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., after activation of your account) without giving any reason.

          To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. Your withdrawal can be made by post or email at:Her-Medical-Aid GmbH, Gleimstraße 56, 10437 Berlin or [email protected] (Subject: "Withdrawal").You may use the sample form provided below, but it is not obligatory.To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

          4.2. Consequences of WithdrawalIf you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

          If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in relation to the total services provided in the contract.
